Why AfterLoss exists
I did not know her passwords. I did not know her subscriptions. I did not know my kids doctors.
When my wife died suddenly, I had no access to her phone, her email, or any of her accounts. I spent thousands in attorney fees, got judge orders, and spent months on the phone with customer service just to cancel subscriptions and find my kids doctors.
A year later I still do not have everything.
I built AfterLoss because no one should go through that. Not the person who just lost their spouse. And not the person who will one day be left behind by theirs.
